I’ve had a fascination with the famous ship looong before Mr. Cameron shot his movie (which yes I do own… hold your snickers…), so it was nice to get a chance to work on something involving the RMS Titanic… This is a little blurb from Kanata Theatre’s Production of Scotland Road, which I did music and sound design for. I have to say, I’d never really researched the MUSIC of Titanic (other than Horner’s score for the movie), and it was fascinating. The debate over the last tune the band played alone, fills hundreds of forums and blogs. There’s a good wiki here. As for myself… well I wasn’t there so I won’t pretend to know…
